The main photo in this listing is a representation of what your orchid bloom will look like.  This is a “growers choice” listing, where we send the largest, healthiest plants we have (and in spike if available). 

We ONLY ship Mondays and Tuesdays every week to avoid layovers. Orders placed can expect to be shipped out 1-5 days of receipt. We do not ship to Guam, Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally.

Our plants are known to arrive to their new owners in perfect condition;  However: these are living creatures, and can show transit stress after their postal journey. Worst case, please anticipate that you may see things like broken leaves, bruised leaves, spilled soil, or broken spikes and this is not considered severe damage warranting a return. If you believe your plant arrived in bad shape, Immediately reach out to us with photos of the box and current condition of the plant. This helps us reach an ideal solution to the situation.

If you are anticipating a plant delivery and the weather forecast calls for very sunny/warm/freezing conditions, please make accommodations to have your delivery picked up as soon as possible.  Long durations in a mailbox or porch may impact the amount of stress the plant receives and cannot be controlled by PlantMadness.
