Someone with the correct clock knowledge or a collector may enjoy this currently decorative piece.

My knowledge with clocks is limited and so haven't attempted to open this clock in order to fix etc.

It does seem to wind up and 'tick tok' but soon comes to a hault for some reason.

Nevertheless an appealing ornament.
