Synopsis:

Synopsis:

A decade after the heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus (Worthington), a demigod son of Zeus (Neeson), attempts to enjoy a more peaceful life as a village fisherman and single father to his 10-year-old son, Helius. But Perseus is unaware of the tough fight the gods are waging for supremacy, which will threaten his idyllic lifestyle. The gods, dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, begin to lose their power as immortals, their control over the imprisoned Titans and their fierce leader, Cronus, father of the Zeus brothers, Hades (Fiennes) and Poseidon (Danny Huston), who have been in power for a long time. The triumvirate had overthrown his powerful father long ago, abandoning him to his fate to rot in the dismal abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon located in the depths of the Underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true nature when Hades allies himself with Ares (Edgar Ramirez), divine son of Zeus, to switch sides and make a deal with Cronus to capture Zeus.
