This comes from my personal collection. Picked this up in the late 80's when I was looking for any pre-hero Marvel/ATLAS and golden age I could afford. Has been read and ultimately bagged and stored these many years.  Overall poor condition.  Pages 1-4 of the first story are missing - I originally bought it because that story had been reprinted in one of Marvel's horror reprint comics but the other two stories were otherwise unavailable at the time.  Top RH corner of cover is torn off and there is some amateur browned tape repair on the back cover. Can provide a digital scan of the issue upon request with the missing pages. I'm not a professional grader but have sold numerous books with no problems. Check out pictures closely.
