HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN HORSERADISH


1. Peel Organic Horseradish root.


2. Cut root into 1 inch lengths or less.


3. Place in blender, add 2 tablespoons of water


4. Blend until creamy. Adjust water as necessary to fully blend the root.


5. Add one tablespoon of Distilled White Vinegar to stabilize heat.


6. Use as is or add to sour cream per taste.


Note: The best time for harvesting roots to eat is: October through February (or until the ground freezes). Although small portions can be harvested throughout the year for a fresh supply of personal use.
