The American Deluxe Series is the fruit of Fender's repeated research and practice in pursuit of the ultimate "sound quality specs".
The "NEW N3 Noiseless Pickup," meaning the third generation of noiseless technology, delivers a noiseless Fender classic tone that is as clear as a bell.
The NEW S-1 Switching mechanism built into the volume knob allows for a wide variety of sound creation by utilizing series/parallel when selecting front + rear, making this a truly versatile Telecaster.
Locking pegs for stable tuning and S1 switch for a variety of sound variations. In addition to medium jumbo frets, the "Compound Radius Fingerboard" has a flattened fretboard radius that increases with the height of the fretboard, making it extremely easy to play. The "Compound Radius Fingerboard" has a flattened fretboard curve in the high position.
In addition, the body back is contoured for a better fit between the guitar and the body and improved stability when playing.
This is a highly versatile gem that can be used immediately by beginners and advanced players alike, regardless of genre or style.
There are few scratches, and the rod and frets have enough remaining to make this one a great performer.
There are some scratches and minor dings on the body/neck and a thin paint chip on the back end of the body, but other than that, there is no major damage and it is in relatively clean condition.
The frets are almost empty and the truss rod has room on both sides.
The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller lock straps.
