VINYL GRADING (Visual !!):  

33RPM Decca DL 9223 Chick Webb + Ella Fitzgerald - King of the Savoy Volume Two (1937-1939) visually V+ to E- / E- skip s2t1. This c1958 rare variation (not on Discogs) vinyl is above average with mild to medium age wear/shadows and light flaws, a bit more shadows on s1. Visibly the s2t1 looks sharp but my brother reported a sckip there, also he did not note any excessive noise--just the possible skip. The labels have little wear, hole is fine. This will come with a Decca inner sleeve.  The jacket I just put some small strips of archival tape on a corner tip (photo) and top of the spine edge, some marks on right front, nothing else notable or big wrong, see photos.
