This listing is for a Pottery wall plaque

Absolutely stunning and rare mid century pottery wall plaque

Handpainted in matte glaze, cows, bulls, dog, farmer and buildings

Made by Gertrud Schwald Eichenberg at the St. Galler studio in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Eichenberg was at the studio from the mid 1950s to the 1970s.

The piece has the earlier single linden leaf impression on the base. Mid 60’s mark onwards had a 3 leaf design

It also maintains its retail label for SCHWEIZER HEIMATWERK

A really beautiful and interesting scandi/scandinavian design
