Laptop is in great physical shape. Missing a few screws. Outside condition is great.

Parts also included:
- RAM

- Laptop Battery (not pictured but included)

- 512GB NVME SSD

Laptop has the following issues:

- Does not display when powered on. No video output via laptop screen or HDMI output

- CMOS battery connector damaged

- Motherboard gets warm and fans eventually spin

- Backlight on keyboard lights up but no response from CAPS lock key, so unit apparently does not POST

- We tested about 10 different sticks and brands of DDR4 with no luck

Backstory of laptop:

- Laptop was sold as working to a customer locally who flew to another country

- Laptop worked for 2 months and was returned as "not working"

- Laptop appears to have been opened up without our knowledge

- Heatsink appeared to have been removed at some point and CMOS battery was improperly disconnected

- Laptop had a few mismatched screws

Appears that somepoint it was opened and likely damaged by customer.

Absolutely NO RETURNS. Laptop does not work! We are selling a laptop with issues so it can be repaired by buyer or used for parts.

Laptop will be shipped with CMOS battery unplugged as connector is damaged, but main battery plugged in. Does not come with power adapter/charger.
