This is a Vintage Parker Blue Diamond Vacumatic Fountain Pen, Black Jewel Top, 4 5/8” long, and in as found condition (needs cleaning).  Says PARKER VACUMATIC on pen barrel. 14K Nib looks like Fine point.  Has black

jewel on cap top.  Sorry our scans aren’t very good, and we don’t know much about pens.
