You are looking at a Royal Doulton  figure titled Trotty Veek. The piece stands about 4.50 inches tall.  This figure is in great shape, I can see or feel NO chips, repairs, cracks or crazing. Would make an excellent addition to a collection or a display piece for the shelf or china cabinet. Great for a cat lover.
