As pictured.

I do not know if the set has been used but the engine may have been dropped or something.  There is a scuff mark and a horn is broken off.  There is also a small plastic part broken on the one end. 

The broken pieces are included in the box.

The panto-graphs also look bent/have problems.

They do not stay down.

Box has some spots of shelf wear/markings.

Box has some wear to corners/edges.
