This engine was fitted to a Defender 90 originally fitted with the NA diesel. I modified the engine mounts to fit the original chassis mounts and fitted an adapter to the LT77 gearbox. It has a lightened flywheel and clutch with new plate, release bearing and fork is included. There is a remote oil filter as the original filter was close to the steering box. Included is the first part of the exhaust fitted with lambda sensors. The engine ran well on efi and lpg but once warmed up it was clear it had a leaking head gasket. I removed the engine and have decided to fit a 200tdi instead.
It took a lot of time and money to assemble all the parts for a V8 with efi and lpg so here is your chance to acquire all you need in one go, you need to take off the heads t which point you can assess whether a full rebuild is required or just new head gaskets.
