Minimum system requirements

You can connect your Backup Plus Desktop to a computer that meets the following minimum requirements:

• Windows 7 or higher

• Mac OS X 10.7 or higher

Hardware requirements

Backup Plus Desktop can be connected to computers with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. However, you can reach transfer rates up to 5Gb/s when connected to a USB 3.0 port. Connecting the Backup Plus Desktop to a computer with USB 2.0 limits performance to USB 2.0 speeds.

LOCAL PICKUP

• The address will be given out when purchase is complete.

• Pickup hours are from 10am-430pm daily.

• Orders made after 430pm will not be processed until the following business day.

• Weekend orders will not be processed until the following Monday unless it is a holiday.

• Items must be in the same condition, unworn, with tags attached.

We do offer local pickup on many products. Please make sure you have been notified that your order has been processed before coming to pick up the order. A pickup order generally will take 2 hours before it is ready to be picked up. When it is ready a message will be sent to the buyer confirming the address and hours of operation.
