Delta Pens, the Southern Italian company established in 1982, closed its door in 2017 which has created demand for existing pens amongst collectors. Delta writing instruments are made entirely by hand. The company was started with a simple dream ”to create beautiful objects of art to be used as writing instruments”. Delta is the only company using one of the oldest filling systems, the lateral lever system, very much appreciated by collectors. The collection that most widely known from Delta is the iconic 'Dolcevita'. Produced from solid bars of resin turned by hand using the elegant contrasts of black and mother of pearl orange.
