Vintage Goebel Hummel HUM 220 "We Congratulate".  The figurine has a TMK 4 (produced 1964-1971) and measures approximately 4" tall.  The condition is excellent with minor chips on the base.  Will ship in a generic Geobel box.  Please see the photos for condition.

Hummels like this one are no longer being produced and will only go up in value as they become harder and harder to find in excellent condition.
