Well padded.. convenient for travel, takes on board plane and protects your equipment very well. It’s maybe 3/4 years old, but you wouldn’t really know.i paid over £139 for it. It’s a great brand. I’ve given up photography for health reasons hence only reason for selling, tho a real bargain
