Grade B: Very Good

- The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device will have a battery of 83% or above

Grade C: Good
- Device is in good condition with moderate signs of use that are quite obvious
- The device will have multiple light scratches to the screen
- The device may have heavy case wear and/or a small amout of scuffing/paint defects to the housing
- The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device will have a battery of 80% or above

Grade C-: Fair
- Device is in fair condition with heavy signs of use 
- The device will have multiple light and/or a few heavy scratches to the screen
- The device may have heavy case wear, dinks to the corners and/or chips to the paint
- The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device will have a battery of 80% or above

Grade D: Damaged
- The device will have a single, or multiple points of damage details in the description
- The device will power on and has a working battery
- The device is sold as damaged and we recommend having the device tested before use
- Device may have poor battery capacity

Grade F: Faulty
- The device will have a single, or multiple faults detailed in the description above
- The device is sold as faulty and we recommend having the device tested before use
- Device will have poor battery capacity, iPhones may be in service mode

Item are shipped next working day, Monday to Friday, using either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcel Force. Tracking will be provided and can be seen in your eBay purchase. 

Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday. We do not ship on Bank Holidays, instead items will ship on the next working day.

We offer a priority shipping service, at an additional cost, for items required urgently. Priority orders will require a signature.

Buyers outside of the UK will be able to purchase from our store. All non-UK purchases will ship through eBays Global Shipping Program only. We do not ship directly to anyone outside of the UK.

We offer free 30 day returns on used items and 60 day returns on refurbished products. If you would like to return an item please send us a message via eBay and we can advise you how to access our returns policy.

If you are returning an item please ensure you have logged out and removed your accounts, passwords and personal data as no data will be retrievable once we receive the item back. Failure to remove security locks will only delay any refund due and also may stop a refund from being processed.

Refurbished items - All refurbished items come with 12 months warranty and 60-day returns for total peace of mind.
