Charming Otagiri Made in Japan Tea Sugar Bowl of a sweet Cat in shawl and gray dress holding a basket of flowers. This is Mrs. Whiskers and was part of tea set of Sugar and Creamer called Mr. and Mrs. Whiskers issued by Otagiri and was discontinued in 1992.
This lovely piece is in beautiful clean condition: colors are whole and vibrant, there are no cracks, chips or fading of color. She is clearly marked Otagiri with the hand label "hand-painted Otagiri Japan.
Measures 4.75" tall and 3" wide and 2.75" deep.
