I am having a big clear out of things we don’t wear anymore, everything being sold has plenty of life left in it. If anything has defects I will list attach a image. All items have been in storage and may need washing/dry cleaning to freshen up. My images don’t do justice. If postage has been overcharge I will reimburse the remaining amount, I take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. I attempt to despatch all items within 3 working days of receipt of payment, weekend and bank holidays excepted. If you require an item to be sent urgently, please let me know and I'll try to get it to you more quickly. ALL items despatched are sent by recorded delivery via Royal Mail, either First or Second class. I have taken this step to help avoid "item not received" claims being made. In the event that a buyer is unavailable to sign for receipt of an item, Royal Mail will usually leave a card detailing alternative delivery arrangements. In these circumstances Royal Mail usually hold items for 14 days before returning items to myself as a return address is always provided on the packaging. If an item is returned to me as uncollected or undeliverable I will notify the buyer by email to arrange re-delivery. Buyers will however be responsible for the re-delivery costs incurred. I accept no liability for Royal Mail not leaving a card notifying buyers of an attempted delivery. No returns accepted.
