Knight KN815A KN-815A 15" (made by Goodman) 16 ohms High Fidelity pair of Speakers
Made in England

Great vintage find this week. Came from an high end estate clean out and was carefully removed from a large walnut and marble top console.

The original owner was a wonderful lady who took care of her very nice high end furniture and i'm sure she listened to this console at moderate volumes. I don't think she was the type who blasted Ted Nugent though these speakers..no siree bob.
She had a collection of opera style music so my guess is these speakers were played gently and responsibly.

The condition of the speakers confirm it too, nice tight cones and clear sound and are very clean cosmetically as well.

Was tested before i dissembled it  ( had a Fisher tube amp in the console) and tested once again on my stereo and they sounded great!

This is my second pair i sold on ebay. My 1st set(Goodmans) sold 4 years ago for $1800 to Poland and arrived safely.
This set will be packed the same way as before..2 inch poly foam sheets( firm but squishy) with the speaker mounted to a wood board with other packing materials inside a thick double wall box in 2 separate boxes.
Shipping quote is for two boxes and will be packed properly to arrive safely.

UPDATE*4/29 i never really fiddled with the brilliance knobs when i tested these out before, until today, seems one side works when you adjust the knob, the other side really doesn't change the tone..But the tweeters work fine on both, maybe just needs some contact cleaner.not sure how you would take it apart as its incased in a Bakelite housing.

This time around the starting bid will be very fair at $1000  Good luck!
