Vehicle Details

This auction is for a 1970 Fastback Mustang, IT WILL COME WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY, THERE IS NO TITLE. I have had this car for about four plus years. It has a C4 transmission, I believe engine to be a 302, have not verified, it is stuck. The engine will need to be rebuilt as will the transmission. The drive train is complete meaning there is a motor, transmission, driveshaft, and rearend. There are no door glass windows and the windshield will need to be replaced. The rear window appears to be good. The body isn't in bad shape but will need complete restoration, please look at the pictures carefully and let me know if you have any questions. The car will roll and steer however, the brakes are not working. I do have the steering wheel (after market type) in the garage that will go with the car. The speedometer is missing, other then that the dash looks complete. The seats will need to be refurbished as you can see in the pictures. For some reson there are 69 model tail lights installed on the car and I don't know why. Again, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to message me via ebay. There is no warranty written or implied with the sale of this car. What you see in the pictures is what comes with the car. I will accept personal checks, cashier's check, or bank draft, if using one of these forms of payment, funds will have to clear my bank prior to me releasing the car. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required with 24 hours of close of auction. Remaining balance to be paid within 7 days from end of auction.  Again the vehicle will not leave my property until the balance is paid in full. I can store the car for 30 days from end of auction, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
