These are in the box with the tags I don't know if they're new they appear to have had zero or very little use. Of course they could have just been used but then put back in the box each time. Either way they're very well taken care of. Other people put that there's were made in 1948. I don't really know how they came upon this mine does not say the year of manufacture. All it says is that it was made in Newark New Jersey and how long ago was it that Newark made anything anybody would want? So anyhow they're scissors that are designed to make that weird zigzag pattern inside the seams of your pants and maybe that is really cool for you, if so then I would love for them to go home with you.
