All of our supplements are manufactured in the UK under GMP standards. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. The cut-off time is 3pm. If you place your order after 3pm the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 3pm on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
- Delivery Timing
Vitaherbs does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines, please order well in advance. You can upgrade to First class postage if an item is needed urgently.
Our free standard delivery has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days and is delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) the UK only. The majority of our mail is delivered within this time frame, but it is not uncommon (and unfortunately out of control) for items to be delivered outside of this, so please bear this in mind to avoid any disappointment. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class Standard.

- Postage
All our products are sent out in discreet letterbox friendly packaging which means we use standard Royal Mail services for postage. Packaging has been designed to fit through your door, so you don’t have to worry about not being home when the postman knocks.
- Delivery Delays
Please note we do our best to provide you with quick and efficient service, but sometimes delays can occur.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date, please be patient and give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.
You've given it a few days, and the situation remains so just follow these steps:
1 - Check the delivery address of the order. You can do this by clicking "MY ACCOUNT", then navigate to your order and hit the "view order details".
2 - Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letterbox stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
3 - Give us an email, and we will do our best to solve the situation.
- International Shipping Disclaimer
International buyers, please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks slow local delivery services, weather conditions or busy periods of the year, i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.
Sometimes customs and national delivery services (Royal Mail passes parcels onto your country's national postal service) can cause unexpected delays.
PayPal
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at paypal.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
