The Peacock Feather design features a herringbone design above a beaded oval and it stands at 8.5 inches tall. 

It is an original piece and was produced in the United States during the Early American Pattern Glass era.

The inside of the spout that touches the stopper is rough, all other marks , I my unprofessional opinion, are from manufacturing.  Please see photos.
