This iPad is fully functional with no passwords or iCloud account activation locks. It has scratches (the most salient of which is shown in the photos) on the front and signs of wear on the back.

I've tested the display, the buttons, the silent switch, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, the front and back cameras, the microphone, the ambient light sensor, the gyroscope, the accelerometer, and the magnetometer. They are all perfectly functional. The battery has aged with battery health around 60%, but can still sustain solid hours of screen time.
