While it states I do not take returns, I actually will if you are not happy with your item. 7 days to let me know and start the return, and please ship it back promptly. I only stopped because e-bays rules on it encouraged fraud. Also my items will comes with a silver proof of purchase sticker, required for any returns. Sticker comes off easily with warm soapy water.

I have been packing breakables and dishes for years!  I use fresh bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and as I pack thousands of dishes each year, I do it very well. However I use the postal service and at times they do not understand the word "FRAGILE", or they have seasonal workers. This is why I insure all boxes.  If your order does have any damage, you are required to keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged item for any claim.
