What can i say. The man the myth the legend. Who does not know who this man is. Even if you are not a person who collects or watches history channel too much would know who this man is.In my opinion, he is the greatest general to ever walk the earth speaking in past tense of course. Mr. Douglas MacArthur (26 January 1880 - 5 April 1964) was an American military leader who served as general of the army for the United States as well as the field marshal to the Philippine Army. MacArthur was nominated for the medal of honor three times. I mean that is very impressive. And he was one of only 5 men to rise to the rank of General of the army in the U.S. Army. Him And his father Arthur MacArthur were the first father and son to receive the medal of honor.
