Train shows wear from age and use.  Tested and train runs forward and backward with a nudge, maybe need lubrication to resolve.  Train shows what looks to be weathering.  Light works too when train moves. Train looks to me to be On30 but cannot find exact model but every other Bachmann I find similar to this one is On30. Looks like they attempted to weather the paint.
