This is a super nice Lionel Chessie System Steam Engine. It's from approx. 1980-81. It has the 2-8-4 Berkshire wheel arrangement and a 12 wheel tender that is similar to the 2671W or even the 2046WX tender shell. The wire that connects the engine to the tender has been poorly repaired. It has been in a box for at least 25 yrs. She ran and smoked right out of the box! I also have the passenger cars, in boxes, that go with this engine, but I don't have the pictures yet. Pls send me a msg if you want those listed, thx. You will like this puppy! Will look good on your display or layout! Would make a nice gift too! Sure to enhance any collection! Pls view the pictures carefully as they are an integral part of the description.
