It came with a  Vintage Japanese Tea Set from WW 2 that I purchased at an estate sale.  This set is also available for purchase.  Please see my other items.

The tea pot in the vintage Japanese Tea Set that I have for sale  sits perfectly on this cart and makes a really nice display.  I am not selling them together because I am not certain this cart was part of the tea set when it was originally bought in Japan and sent home during WW 2.  But if you buy the Tea Set I will make you a really good deal on this cart if you are interested. 

This cart is a plastic material maybe Bakelite.
