Lightweight 4 berth caravan - cheap and easy to tow at approx 800kg. Basic 2006 caravan that has been owned by us since 2013 and has seen many happy family holidays. The photos show it set up with awning last year in Scotland. There is a full size Dorema awning with it. Everything was fully functional last summer and been covered up since. No blow heating with this I’m afraid and the gas fire needs a part for the ignition to work. We have only ever used the caravan on hook up with an oil filled heater so have never used the gas fire. Could easily be set up for 12v battery function - we have never got around to sorting it. This is a 2006 caravan so it is not perfect/like new but it is a very cheap holiday option. The awning rail insert hangs a bit so may need replacing for aesthetic purposes. We are selling it due to having outgrown it.This van is ready to go for quite a few more years yet. 3 ring gas hob

On 28-Apr-24 at 10:47:14 BST, seller added the following information:Couple of additions after some questions: This is a continental van built in France with the door on the ‘wrong’ side. It is a VERY basic van which is why it is so light eg. No oven, Tiny freezer, No central/ blow heating. The van is 18 years old so please don’t expect brand new. The seal along one of the wheel arches has been resealed due to age and the draft curtain rail that runs along the bottom of the van might need touching up but this is the only issue we have ever had with the van which is solid and has been covered every Winter. We have never used the shower in the van preferring to use shower facilities - to be honest you couldn’t swing a cat in the toilet/bathroom. Due to its age the van is Sold as Seen….you are VERY welcome to look at it by appointment but the Auction will run.
