Up for purchase is a 1963 Airline combo amplifier. It has a two tube design, featuring a 12AX7 preamp tube and a 50L6 power tube. (The output is very low; I think the power tube needs replacing.) This one has a lot of vibe, but it will need some attention to be safe to play. At minimum, the current two-prong plug will need to be replaced with a three-prong grounded plug. The cabinet is sturdier than it seems in the picture--looks like furniture grade plywood--and the original Jenson Special Design speaker is truly awesome. The speaker and cabinet on their own are arguably worth what I'm asking.

If you are unfamiliar with tube amp repair, I would recommend having your favorite amp tech take a look at it before attempting to play through it. In any case, these amps have a unique vintage sound that is hard to come by these days.
