I do not offer returns. If I do accept a return, returned item must match my detailed record of each item sold to each buyer. If item does not match or was stated as “not functioning/defective”, and I receive it back, test it, and it is working, I will file a counter claim against buyer for misuse of returns and filing a fraudulent return.
