This is a sterling silver frame by Gordon and Christopher Kitney of Kitney & Co. London. It has a beaded border and a raised design of a wreath, bow and ribbons or garlands on top.  No monograms.

Marked with English silver hallmarks for London 1987.

The opening for the picture is 5.5" high x 4" wide, and the overall dimensions are 7.5" x 5.25" wide. The easel back is blue velvet. 

There are no significant dents, dings or tears in the silver. Very light surface scratches typical of vintage silver. Lightly hand polished.
