*Withstands brief exposure to temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) with little impact on its corrosion protective properties

Applications Specifications Physical Properties Packaging
Use on static joint applications on a multitude of substrates including any metal surface.
Apply Cor-Ban® 27L with a spatula or brush at reasonable ambient temperatures.
Cor-Ban® 27L can be applied at room temperature or at elevated temperature depending on the desired type of coverage.
Speed application of Cor-Ban® 27L to parts by preheating Cor-Ban® 27 to 100 – 120°F (38-49°C)
Use Cor-Ban® 27 on all access panel fasteners, external antenna mounts, and additional applications
For in-service applications, please contact the appropriate manufacturer’s service engineering for details
Remove coating by wiping off all excess material and flushing part or wiping part with a rag soaked with Zip-Chem® Sur-Prep® 3160, the D-5640NS Degreaser, Sur-Prep® 3167, or mineral spirits
Note: MEK and other ketones will not remove Cor-Ban® 27L.
