- DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: the courier will make two delivery attempts, after which if for reasons of absence it is necessary a further attempt will be made

It is understood that the GLS courier is NOT contractually required to telephone the customer to arrange or communicate the delivery, but you can do so before the second delivery attempt is made.
