This card is truly a treasure.

I've not yet checked the PSA population report but I'd be very surprised if more than 3-4 exist.

VCP shows two sales ever of a PSA graded example of this card that was autographed.  One sale was LONG over a decade ago, and the other sale was several years ago.

And BOTH of those two sales were for cards that were "train wrecks" as far as the condition is concerned.

This often forgotten Bowman set only has one key card,  and THIS IS THAT CARD!

The card itself has no creases and presents at the strong Vg/Ex+ level.

But most importantly,  it has the fully authentic and robust autograph of Casey prominently displayed right in the middle of the unusually well centered card.
