This item for auction is a vintage compass, stop watch or timer sweep hand.  I am just not sure what it really is for.  The hand measures approx. 15 mm long from center to tip.  The center hole is approx. 3.5 mm diameter with no hub.  Selling in AS-IS condition as described above.  Free padded envelope shipping first class mail US, out of country $12.00 first class air mail.           H-158   /
