Lens appears to be in good condition. 

This device allows a 35mm slide to be photographed and zoomed in on a section. 

It has a M42 T mount adapter  which can be replaced by other mounts (not supplied). 

Would work on a Digital camera with adapter and a full frame sensor, smaller sensors may not be able to capture the full slide. 

Tested on my Pentax film camera.
