Shipping

-All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
-Cancellation and modifications are accepted but cannot always be accommodated after an Order has been placed.
-Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
-Shoe Pulse uses high quality recycled packaging and supplies to ensure both that the products are safe in transit and we are conscious of the environment.
-Expedited shipping methods are available.

Return Policy

-We accept returns 30 days after the purchase date.
-Return shipping is covered at customer's expense.
-Item must be in new and unworn condition and returned with original packaging.
-Worn items and products not in new condition will be sent back to buyer.
-Items not in original packaging, broken packaging, or missing packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.(This does not apply to a vast majority of our Orders, however we reserve the right to charge this restocking fee for any reason)
-Please be sure to verify that the address submitted is correct prior to completion of the Order. For packages arriving back to us as undeliverable or refused, we will deduct the return shipping amount from your purchase price.
-When returning please be do not apply shipping labels or packaging tape directly to the shoebox. If you do, the shoebox will need to be replaced and a $8 reboxing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
