Yes, assembly is required before using the BedCane. For more detailed instructions on how to assemble the BedCane, please refer to our assembly video and instruction manual.
What types of beds can be used with the BedCane?
The BedCane can be used with most traditional beds with box springs, platforms, or slats. It not is not intended to be used with adjustable beds or with extra soft mattresses.
Can the bed rail be used on beds with an adjustable base?
No, for safety reasons, we do not recommend using the BedCane on adjustable beds.
On what size of mattress can I use the bed rail?
The BedCane can be used on Twin, Full, Double, Queen, King, and California King mattresses with thickness between 6 and 14 inches.
Can the bed rail be used on either side of the bed?
Yes, the BedCane can be installed on either side of the bed.
