Condition as follows

Front cover is in aged condition as pictured but no tears

Back cover has a tear along top half as seen on picture 2 but intact

Some aging to spine but spine and pages fully intact

The interior is in Vety Good condition with pages in tact no loose pages at all

There is a page which someone has drawn on see last picture

Overall I would rate item as Good for age exterior Vety good inside book
