Original multi colour artwork on an unused postcard size plain back card produced by this Artist for his "Cries of London" series - this is called Knives, sissors & razors to grind. Basil Merrett produced over 1,000 pictures like this of many & various subjects. I understand that, due to ill health & mental health issues, he was hospitalised in London - this information was gleaned from the internet. It is not postally used & is c.1945 in date. The central watermark
lettering PCEL - 50 line is not on the original.
The postcard will be mailed securely wrapped & as a small package by "Signed For" posting in the UK. Overseas by Registered.
