This is a rare, hard to find piece of the Dept 56 collection.  Buyer will receive this Lego Ideation Station building, guaranteed to be a hit with the kids.  The piece is in great condition with no chips or cracks that I can find.  However, it is missing the blue tank that would sit on the roof (see pic closeup).  Comes in original styrofoam box but no cardboard slip.
