Vintage japan car with a campbells soup tin auto part. The car has a wheel that, if messed with will fall off, and the Friction mech is trying to work, but just isn't right. If your handy at those kind of things, you might be able to fix it but I'm selling it as parts.  These are two very different toys but I'm selling them together because they look good together while displayed.
