This is very nice small tea pot. Could be an individual tea pot but more likely is a Child or Doll Tea Pot.  These items are very hard to find especially in this wonderful condition.  It is most likely what is called a Chelsea Ware or Ironstone Tea Pot which has the Chelsea Type Floral Embossed Decoration over the surface.  it also has wonderfully painted (what look to be) Gold Gilt Accents.  It is a beautiful small or dainty tea pot but I am not a Ceramic or Porcelain expert.  It measures approx 5" Tall and is 2.5" Diameter at base, and is approx 5.5" deep from outer edge of spout to outer edge of handle. Top opening is approx 1 7/8". It is hard to give measurements on an item with this shape.  Ask any questions you may have.
