The Pace Collection was a high-end contemporary furniture company in business from 1960 to 2001. The company was founded by Irving and Leon Rosen in New York City.  The showroom located in Manhattan on East 62nd Street offered its fine furniture and services to the contract interior design trade. The Pace Collection advertised in numerous architectural and interior design periodicals.  The Pace Collection furniture was distinguished by employing rich, exotic wood veneers with high-gloss finishes.

From our private collection we are pleased to offer a suite comprising 8 pieces designed by Adam Tihany for the Pace Collection.  The pieces are all part of a line called “Venezia” that featured highly lacquered mahogany with X forms the main motif.  The “Venezia” line featured arm chairs, side tables, loveseats, and sofas all of which we have in this collection.  The leather shows varying degrees of wear from regular use.  We suggest a new owner would want to reupholster them and it is enabling someone to put together a complete set of refurbished pieces that has let to the decision to sell as a complete set.

The complete set comprises, two armchairs, one love seat, one sofa and four side tables.

Though our preference is to sell as one lot we would consider selling some pieces individually, a couch, a pair of side tables.

As a guide if you are interested in individual items we would consider selling at these prices or near offer:

Pair of armchairs: $5,000

3 Seater Couch: $3000

2 Seater Couch/Loveseat: $2500

Pair of Side tables: $4000

As you can see, there is a discount built into the purchase of the whole set that would not carry over into such a purchase but feel free to ask if that is of interest to you.

We are stating local pickup only (they are in North Carolina).  However, we will work with any purchaser and carrier of their choice to pick up and transport at their expense.

The photos form part of the description so please examine them carefully.
