We used this in the playroom, to hang the dressing up costumes at the bottom and games at the top.  

A solid piece of furniture which you will not be disappointed with.  Minimal damage as expected in a playroom, but nothing has broken.

The 2 shelves slide in and they can be positioned at the top or the bottom.  We have added the hanging rail ourselves.

The doors can either be on the top, or on the bottom.
