We are happy to offer returns for all purchases within 30 days of the date that you received your clubs! Any return requested after the 30-day window will be denied, no exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping label. You can either purchase the label through eBay or reach out to us for a prepaid label. Please note that the cost of the return label whether purchased through eBay or us will be deducted from your return.
If a return is made under false pretenses stating the listing was incorrect or an item was incorrect, which results in PXG Express paying for return shipping, that shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund to the customer and the buyer will be reported to eBay.
A 10% fee will be assessed for items returned with differing components from the original listing.
